On-Site IT Support

$85 Service Call

Includes travel within the standard service area and the first hour of service.

Additional Time

Additional time is billed at $35 for each additional 30 minutes.

On-site support may include computer setup and troubleshooting, Wi-Fi and networking assistance, printers and other devices, email and account setup, technology guidance, and 3D printer setup or troubleshooting.

Remote Support

$39 for the First 30 Minutes

Additional time is billed at $35 for each additional 30 minutes.

Remote support is a convenient option for software problems, email assistance, account setup, computer questions, slicer settings, and many 3D printing issues.

Small-Business Projects

Larger installations, network projects, equipment deployments, website services, and other multi-hour business projects are quoted in advance.

Payment

Payment is due when service is completed. Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payments are accepted securely through Stripe.

Remote appointments may require payment before the session begins. Established business customers may be invoiced by prior arrangement.

Parts, equipment, software, subscriptions, and other purchased materials are not included in the service price. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before purchase.
